저자들은 27세 초산부가 임신 32주에 분만한 내장탈출아 1예와 24세 경산부가 임신 42주에 분만한 내장 탈출아 1예를 경험하였기에 간략한 문헌고찰과 아울러 증례를 보고하였다.

Omphalocele is a rare congenital anomaly. Recently, authors experienced two cases of omphalocele at Fatima Hosptal. One case was noted eviscerated intestine embrassed by peritoneal sac through the defected area of the abdominal wall. The baby was expired immediately after birth because of possible R.D.S . The other case was found the bowels including stomach protruding through the defected area of the abdominal wall (7cm in width) . Author report two cases of these omphalocele with reviewing some literature.
