자궁내 임신과 경합된 경질 임신예를 경험하였기에 간략한 문헌고찰과 아울러 증례를 보고 하였다.

The simultaneous occurance of ovarian and uterine pregnancy is a very rare entity. since duverney described the first case of coexistant intra-and extrauterine pregnancy in 1708, Te Linde states that to date approximately 500 cases of such heteropic pregnancy have been recored. The case here reported is felt to be of more than usual interest since the extrauterine gestation was an ovarian one. We report this case because of its rarity , and have reviewd the literature briefly.
