최근 본원 산부인과에서 대단히 희귀한 자궁평활근육종을 1예 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

A case of Leiomyosarcoma of the uterus, which originated in myoma of uterus, is presented in 41 years old housewife. Leiomyosarcoma is very rare its preoperative diagnosis was impossible in this case. Leiomyosarcoma was reported after hysterectomy. A review of literature on Leiomyosarcoma of the uterus was made briefly.
