저자는 본원 산부인과에서 극히 희귀한 자궁체부에 발생한 암육종성 종양을 완전 자궁전척출술을 시행하여 치료한 1예를 경험하 였기에 이에 간단한 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

The uterine carcino-carcoma is an uncommon tumor of endometrial stromal origin containing both sarcomatous elements of msenchymal origin and carcinomatous elements of Mullerian potential. The carcino=sarcoma arises from uterine funfus, which is highly malignant, rapidly and widely metastatic growing tumor. The prognosis is poor with frequent metastases to distant parts of the body as well as the regional lymphnodes. A case of carcio-sarcoma uterine fundus found postoperatively is prented with a brief reviews of literature avaiable.
