Abstract

본원 산부인과에서 현재까지 사용되고 있는 일시적 피임방법중 피임효과가 우수하고 편리하며 부작용이 비교적 적다고 알려진 Lippes loop의 희유한 합병증 중 하나인 자궁외임신 2예를 치험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

Two cases of tubal pregnancy associated with use of a loop are presented with a brief review of literatures concerned.
