저자는 정상임부 118명과 비임부 10예를 대상으로 순환 호중구의 Alkaline Phosphatase 활성 과 혈청 heat stable alkaline Phosphatase 활성을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 정상임부에 잇어서 17주부터 호중구 Alkaline Phosphatase score가 비임균에 비하여 의의 있게 증가하였다. 2. 정상임부들에 있어서 임신 21주부터 혈청 내열성 Alkaline Phosphatase 활성이 의의있게 증가되었다. 3. 분만시와 분만후 1일과 2일에는 호중구 Alkaline Phosphatase 는 계속 상승하였으나, 혈청 내열성 Alkaline Phosphatase 활성은 급격히 하강하였다. 4. 정상임부에 잇어서 NAP score활성은 HSAP활성 및 총호중구 수와의 상관관계가 없었다. 5. NAP score는 임신중 경시적으로 측정하므로서 태반기능 부전을 예지함과 동시에 산전관 리상 의의가 있다고 사료된다.
One hundred and eighteen neutropil Alkaline Phosphatase (NAP) and serum heat stable Alkaline Phosphatase (HSAP) estimations were carried out during normal pregnancy. The determination of the NAP activity was determined by the tomonaga`s naphtol AS+MX phosphatase method. 1. In normal pregnant women, NAP score increase from seventeen weeks of gestation with advancing pregnancy. 2. In normal pregnant women serum HSAP sighnificantly increase from twenty one weeks of gestation with advancing pregnancy. 3. During labor and on the secondary of the postpartum NAP score was sighnificantly increased but the activity of serum HSAP was suddenly dropped. 4. There was no corelation between NAP score and serum HSAP levels of normal pregnancy. There was a sighnificant value of the estimations in the prediction of placental dysfunction
