최근 가톨릭의대 부설 성모자애병원에서 1회 만기정상분만한 경산부의 흔적자궁에 임신 약 4개월로 추정되는 계류유산이 발생한 증례를 개복수술중 발견, 치료하였기에 간단한 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
A case of rudimentary uterus with missed abortion which was impressed as a ovarian cyst before operation, is presented with a brief review of the concerned literature.
