충남 대전지역에 위치한 본원에서 임신자궁에 환자자신이 인공유산을 시도하다 파상풍의 병 발로 사망한 1예와 자궁탈수에 청강수 소작으로 인하여 발생된 파상풍 1예를 치험하였기에 약간의 문헌고찰과 더불어 보고하는 바이다.

We have presented two cases of tetanus which was caused by the traumatized female genitalia. The one was originated from the infused pregnant uterus by root for induced abortion and the other necroti on prolaps uteri because of chemical cauterization by zinc chloride solution.
