제왕절개수술로 분만한 일란성쌍태아 중 제이아가 무심장, 무두, 무상지이고 그 체중이 4,200gm이나 되는 거대하고 희유한 기형아 1예를 경험하였기에 이를 보고하고 간단한 그의 문헌적 고찰을 하였다.
A case of Holoacardiac acephalic monster associsted with single ovum twin was presented. This monster was born by cesarean section, its weight was about 4,200 gm. And review of literatures was made briefly.
