25세의 1회경산부로써 임신 38주에 삼태임신을 진단하여 삼태아(2남 1여)를 분만하였기에 보고하는 바이다. 산후출혈도 소량이었고 자궁수축도 양호하였으며 산후 삼태아의 건강도 좋았고 산욕 제 1일째에 난관결찰술을 시행하였다.
A triple pregnancy is rare, a case of triple pregnancy of 38 weeks experienced in this hospital recently is presented here, with brief comment on the obstetrical problems.
