조직학적으로 확진된 여성생식기에 드물게 발생하는 악성종양 중의 하나이며 희유한 원발성 난관암 1예를 체험하였기에 보고하고 관계되는 문헌을 고찰하였다.
Primary carcinoma of the fallopian tube is very rare among female genital tract cancers. A case of primary carcinoma of the fallopian tube was reported in view of its rarity, and a brief review of literatures and discussion were presented.
