질에서 발생하는 원발성흑색종은 대단히 희유한 종역이며 여러 가지 치료방법에도 불구하고 예후가 나쁜 것으로 되어 있으나 가능하면 초기에 국소임파절을 포함하여 광범위한 전질부 및 근치자궁수술을 시향하면 비교적 좋은 결과를 얻기도 한다.
