A case of metastatic choriocarcinoma of the brain was reported with it`s clinical course and brief reivew. The reported case was a 32-yr-old Korean woman who had undergone craniotomy for the extirpation of tumor mass in the left fronto-temporoparietal region on Nov. 11, 1971 and followed by chemotherapy. The pathological diagnosis was metastatic choriocarcinoma of the brain. The chest X-ray revealed metastatic coin lesions in entire lung field. The patient expired on Sep. 2, 1972 because of pulmonary metastasis of choriocarcinoma.
