29세의 경산부로 특기할만한 과거력이 없이 발생한 유착태반을 문헌상으로 관찰하였고 병리조직학적으로 확인된 유착태반에 의한 자연자궁파열의 1례를 보고하는 바이다.

Placenta percreta is still more rare and the combination with spontaneous uterine rupture is extremely rare. We present a case of spontaneous uterine rupture due to placenta percreta, treated with Cesarean hysterectomy without maternal and fetal death.
