소아부인과 영역에서 희귀하게 보는 여아윤상요도탈수 2례를 치험하여 이를 문헌고찰과 아울러 보고하였다. 본보고는 저자들이 참조할 수 있는 문헌의 범위에서 국내최초의 보고예로 생각된다.

Two cases of circular prolapse of the urethra in eight and twelve years old female children are reported with a brief literature review. This represents the first reported cases of urethral prolapse in the field of pediatric gynecology in Korean literature.
