Abstract

질출혈도 없고 큰혈압의 변동도 초래하지 않은 전제반흔파열의 2례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

Spontaneous uterine rupture is one of the most serious complication with high maternal and fetal mortality. Two cases of spontaneous uterine rupture in the previous Cesarean section scar are presented with it`s brief review of literatures.
