Authors presented a case of menstrual fistula(Utero-abdominal fistula through the left salpinx). Lasting 5 month, which have appeared to be a cause of operation for left ectopic pregnancy 5 years ago. Etiology, mechanism of occurrence, diagnosis, treatment and prophylaxis are discussed.
