Since Von. Werdt`s original description in 1814, much information on granulosa-theca cell tumor of ovary has been recorded such as a gross and microscopic pathology. Three aspects of this tumor remain to be solved which are the histogenesis, the production of estrogen and their potentiality for malignancy. We reviewed the literatures on the granulosa-theca cell tumor with a case of patient in reproductive age.
