Authors report a case of chondrodystrophia fetalis, of who was delivered by a 30 year old para 2 at out hospital. The fetus was edematous and assumed a bizarre shape and expired in few minutes after delivery. A review of literatures on chondrodystrophia fetalis was made briefly.
