During the past 10 years, there have continued to be improvements and advances in bioassay methods for gonadotropins, but the most significant progress has been achieved in the area of standardization purification of FSH and IH, as well as HCG, and finally in the development of immunoassay and radioimmunoassay methods. So in this paper, bioassay, immunoassay and radiommunoassay methods for gonadotropins are described and discussed.
