Authors report three cases of extrauterine displacement of Lippes loop. The incidence, the possible mechanism, and the prevention of the extrauterine displacement of Lippes loop were discussed. Of the three patients, two were silent and asymtomatic and were discovered in an attempt to remove the Lippes loop on account of occurence od pregnancy. Of three patients, one had apparent symptoms. Of three patients one had a hysterectomy, two had laparotomy with or without repair of uterus.
