Abstract

Spontaneous rupture of the gravid uterus is infrequent and the combination with placeta percreta as the cause is extremely rare, but it is one of the most serious problem in clinical view-point of obstetrics. We present a case of spontaneous rupture of uterus due to placenta percreta which was 16th weeks gestation, and bave reviewed literature brietly.
