A full term newborn male infant expired 20 minutes later. Autopsy showed cystic liver, weighing 225gm. (Fig.1.) AFIP Diagnosis was Mesenchymal Hamartoma, extramedullary hematopoiesis of liver, extramedullary hematopiesis of spleen, and no histologic abnormality of Kidneys(Fig.2,3).
