A 23-year-old, gravida 1, para o, Korean woman was admitted in Il Sin Women`s Hospital for acute emergency condition of intra-abdominal hemorrhage. Under general anesthesia abdominal total hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy were performed. The operative specimen showed microscopically necrosis, hemorrhage and masses of highly anaplastic trophoblastic cells with villous pattern at the uterine wall. The left ovarian mass was ovoid, solid reddish gray and measured approximately 14x 13x 10 cm. The capsule was ruptured approximately 2cm. long. Microscopically masses of trophoblastic cells of hyperchromatic, pleomorphic, and mitotic features were seen. (Fig. I, II, III). The patient died three months later in home and no autopsy was done.
