A case of thoracopagus has been described which is extremely rare in incidence and usually follows abnormal antepartum and intrapartum courses with the resultant of grave outcome on the part of mother and child. The patient was 20 years-old primigravida who followed abnormal course of labor and finally delivered of thoracopagus with fusions of ventral surface at the levels of thorax and abdomen by Cesarean Section. Autopsy revealed the presence of marked deformations of heart, and liver.
