본환자는 32세의 중년부인으로 정상결혼생활과 정상임신, 분회, 산욕기를 경과한 아무런 장해도 초래하지 않은 환자로서 모의원에서 인공임신중절수술을 받았으나 그냥 임신이 지속되어 우측난소낭종으로 오진하고 개복하여보니 임신4개월을 동반한 진단각자궁으로 희귀한 예임을 보고한다.

A case of pregnated unicorn-uterus was shown as follows : Although it had been misdiagnosed as "Ovarian Cyst" associated with "Hypoplasia Uteri." After operation, it was recognized as the Unicorn-uterus associated pregnancy, and it was removed though subtotal hysterectomy.
