This is a cses presentation of Stein-Leventhal Syndrome on 22 year-old girl. Her chief complaints were oligomenorrhea, hypermenorrhea and prolonged period for last 2 years. The tentative diagnosis was made by the finding of the enlargement of bilateral ovaries on pelvic examination under the general anesthsia before performing the diagnostic dilatation and curettage, and confirmed the diagnosis by doing wedge resection of both ovaries. Post-operatively her regular menstruation recrred monthly.
