1. 7개월된 태아의 전치태반을 동반한 제대난막부착의 1예를 제시했다. 2. 전치태반을 예상하고 인공파수로 조기분만을 시도했다. 3. 태아의 출생 9시간후 사망은 전치태반으로 인한 조산에 있었다고 본다. 4. 전치혈관(vasa previa)는 동반되지 않았다.

Velamentous Insertion of the cord is relatively unfrequent anomaly of the insertion in our clinical Experience. We had experienced a case of Velamentous Insertion with partial placenta previa and immaturity of the fetus. Summary : 1) A case of the Velamentous Insertion which was accompanied with partial placenta previa. and 7th month pregnancy was presented. 2) It was actually due to placenta previa and immaturity of the fetus that the fetus was died 9hrs after delivery. 3) There was no evidence of vasa previa.
