한국부인 92예(연령 20~40세, 신장 145~155cm)에 대하여 임신후반기(임신 7개월~임신 말기 혹은 분만개시기)에서 골반을 Colcher Sussman법으로서 X선촬영계측하였다. 1) Colcher Sussman법에 의한 골반계측치는 Guthmann 측면촬영법, 기타의 계측치(타인의 일본부인 골반계측치)와 표정복원골반(Pelvis reconstructed with dry bones) 계측치(한국부인)와 비교하면 차이가 적어서 대체로 근사하다. 특히 산과적 진결합선계측치에서는 거의 일치하다. 따라서 Colcher Sussman 법은 신뢰도가 크며 임상적으로 이용할 수 있는 간편한 방법이라고 생각한다. 2) Colcher Sussman법으로 계측한 골반 각경선치는 다음표와 같다.

Roentgenographic pelvinometry by Colcher-Sussman method on ninty two Korean women (Age: 20-40yrs. Height: 145-155cm.) during the third trimester of the pregnancy. 1. The result of the measurement revealed that the pelvinometric data by this method were much close to those by Guthmann`s method and other pelvinometric data including those on Japanese women and also to those measured directly on the Korean women`s pelvis reconstucted with dry bones. Particularly they are almost indential on conjugata vera obstetrica and it is considered that the Colcher-Sussman`s method is simple and reliable which can be used clinically. 2.
