Perilunar dislocation is not a common injury, and It is usually dorsal displacement. Therefore, volar transscaphoid perilunar dislocation is a very rare injury. Perilunar dislocation had been the subject of numerous publications since it was first described by Coper in 1932. A 14 years old male was admitted to our hospital after fall from a height. He had volar transcaphoid perilunar dislocation on right hand and other multiple fracture. We treated this rare injury with open reduction and internal fixation with K-wires and small screws. The result was satisfactory after 20 months follow-up. We are reporting on a patient with volar perilunar dislocation of the right hand associated with fracture of the scaphoid bone.
