The properties of recycled PVC from instrument panel in end-of-life vehicle were studied. With the increasing content of virgin PVC, tensile strength and elongation were increased, and Young`s modulus and density were little affected. The Shore A hardness was decreased with the addition of virgin PVC. The virgin PVC compensated the properties of recycled PVC.
