Interfacial structure plays a significant role in determining the mechanical properties in case of multiphase composite. In this study, the ratio of matrix and inclusion was fixed and only their structures were changed to design the functional micro-particles with different morphology and investigate their mechanical properties. The mean field theory was used to predict the mechanical properties of composite. The results obtained from that theory were compared with the experimental data.
