This study explains relations of hotel products and customer loyalty specialty hotel fodd & beverage products. This study presents. This study present necessary of long-term marketing making good existing marketing get by customer loyalty. Customer loyalty are important increasing income, re-purchase rate, customer satisfaction service quality etc. and Customer loyalty are decreasing switching cost and marketing cost. Marketing of hotel` F&B constant efforts customer are satisfacting through guest managing program and increase income through re-purchase. The result are presents a device of increase customer loyalty.
