The improvement of inquiry skills has been one of the most important goals in science education. It is difficult to instruct inquiry skills, because science teachers can not recognize inquiry skills as the instruction objectives. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of learning objectives classification activities to promote recognition of inquiry skills as the instruction objectives. The results of this study are as follows ; 1. Recognition of inquiry skills as the instruction objectives was increased by treating with learning objectives classification activities. 2. Mean score of the degree of difficulty of learning objectives classification activities toward inquiry skills(process) was lower than that toward science knowledges(product). After learning objectives classification activity, the proportion of students answered with a change of thinking on evaluation of science learning was higher than the proportion of the others. It may be given a interpretation that the learning objectives classification activity is effective for change of thinking of students to evaluation of science learning.
