Serial planting of Kidney bean (Phaseolus multiflorus) with 1 week-intervals resulted that the begining of May was the high time and there after the next 3 weeks might be effective climatologically in its life cycle such as leaf expansion, number of branches and leaves, flowering and pod formation. The seedlings of different growth stages at a time would be the same conditions during the first 3 weeks of May. Under the light limitation, Pine trees(Pinus densiflora) have been oriented phototropically toward south-west in 73% of trunk and 56% of canopy among the tested 30 trees and so coincided that the direction of branching leaded to the side of massive leaves by water tension in xylem vessels. It suggested that plant movement is due to water tension through transpiration. the hypothesis, modified linkage by Dixon-Joly(1894)`s observation and Novel(1983)`s formulation. The evidence of the hypothesis is conformed by careful discrimination and revaluation of the presented data in plant physiology(Salisbury and Ross, 1985). And I also investigated these data with primary school teachers with preparation of slides, brief explanation and quiz of possible answers. A few of them could search the fact of relationship between the water and the plant growth. With college student, we could develop the concept mapping of life cycle.
