지올라이트 NaY에 대한 벤젠-사이클로헥산 液體混合物의 吸着熱을 새로이 제작한 熱量計를 이용하여 20,25,30 및 35℃에서 測定하였다. 벤젠의 吸着熱은 사이클로헥산보다 크고 溫度의 영향을 더 많이 받았다.
벤젠이 지올라이트 NaY에 選擇吸着되었으며, 測定한 吸着熱과 旣知의 物理的 데이타로부터 吸着量을 推定할 수 있었다. 또한 液相에서 벤젠의 물分率이 0.3이상이 되면 吸着은 더 이상 일어나지 않았다.
The heat of adsorption which was measured by the modified calorimeter was experimentally obtained from the system of benzene-cyclohexane-NaY zeolite at 20, 25, 30 and 35℃, respectively. The heat of adsorption of benzene was greater than that of cyclohexane, and was more sensitive to temperature. Benzene was preferentially adsorbed on NaY zeolite, and the amount of adsorption was calculated from the heat of adsorption and the experimentally measurable properties. The amount of adsorption was rarely increased as the mole fraction of benzene over 0.3 in the liquid phase.
