Synthesis of (Ala¹), (Ala²), and (Ala³) analopgues of angiotensin II by solid phase method using an improved reaction vessel was carried out. The yield average 62.2-68.0%. Homogeneity and purity of the three analogues synthesized peptides were established with paper chromatography, paper electrophoresis, amino acid analysis and melting point apparatus. The pressor activity was gradually increased with the increase in the chain length from the N-terminal to Ala residue angiotensin II, however the maximum value was within 80.5%.
