We made attempts to see the dependence of Glucoes-6-Phosphate Dehydrognase on phases as far as heat stability was concerned. We also studied the effect of ginseng saponin fraction on the enzymes at different phases. There were differences in heat stability and the effect of ginseng saponin fraction on the enzymes. In order to explain whether such different behaviors were due to chronological biosynthesis of enzyme as case of aldolase or not, some tests including gel filtration and gel electrophoresis were carried out. Some results regarding them will be also presented.
