본 연구는 정신건강사회복지사가 경험한 직무상 위험이 외상후 스트레스장애에 미치는 영향을 회복탄력성과 사회적 지지가 조절하는지 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산광역시에 근무하는 정신건강사회복지사 116명으로부터 자료를 수집하였고, 정신건강사회복지사의 직무상 위험, 외상후 스트레스장애, 회복탄력성과 사회적 지지와 관련된 설문지를 사용하여 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 정신건강사회복지사의 직무상 위험이 외상후 스트레스장애에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정신건강사회복지사의 직무상 위험과 외상후 스트레스장애의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았고 사회적 지지는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 직무상 위험을 경험한 정신건강사회복지사의 사회적 지지망과 연계망을 강화하고, 제도적 안전장치 의무화 등 다양한 지원방안이 이루어져야 함을 실천적 함의로 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of the occupational risk experienced by the mental health social workers on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and how resilience and social support regulates the effect. To this end, data were collected from 116 mental health social workers working in Busan, and a regression analysis was performed using questionnaires related to job risk, PTSD, resilience and social support of mental health social workers. As a result of analysis, first, it was found that the occupational risk of mental health social workers had a significant effect on PTSD. Second, in the relationship between occupational risk and PTSD of mental health social workers, resilience was not statistically significant and social support was significant. This suggested as a practical implication that various support measures, such as reinforcing the social support network and connection network of mental health social workers who experienced occupational risks, and mandatory institutional safety devices, should be implemented.
