Purpose
As the 4th Industrial Revolution proceeded, attempts to direct and utilize information technology such as robots and drones in plays have been active. Information technology, such as AI or media art, which is applied in the production of theater productions, shapes the possibility of expressing the difficulty of actors, the effectiveness of dramatic effects, and the illusion. Despite the inconsistent effects of information technology on theatrical studies, little has been done despite the fact that the research on what factors affect the audience's satisfaction through the play. Hence, The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the characteristics of information technology and theater, especially audience’s revisit intention.
Design/methodology/approach
The research model combining the theory of task-technology fit and the experience-economic model is presented.
Findings
The results of the empirical analysis suggest that the fit of information technology and theatrical task enriches the audience's experience and has a beneficial effect on the dissemination and export of contents management of art management in terms of revisit as a consumer and production of theatrical performing arts. This leads to the conclusion that task-technical fit and experiential economy could be applied to the field of performing arts in theater. It may also give useful implications to related producers such as producers, directors, and actors.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to investigate cognitive mechanism of goal relations (Single-goal vs. Multiple-goals) and to-do list (Packing vs. Unpacking) and also verify the role of self-efficacy in the perspective of motivation belief. The perspective of cognitive mechanism is related to the effects of how the relations of multitasking environments affects to facilitating relation or conflicting relations. In pursuit of a single goal, judgement of task importance can be facilitated by unpacking effect due to relations of strongly associated project components including to-do list. On the other hands, in pursuit of multiple goals, judgement of task importance can be conflicted due to mutually exclusive relations of multiple goals. Additionally, the cognitive mechanism can be regulated from the role of self-efficacy, which contributes to motivation belief on how much a person is confident in achieving given tasks. In the end this research is to identify self-efficacy as boundary condition in inhibiting the effects of facilitation and conflict. Design/methodology/approach
This study conducted Two-way ANOVA (Packing/ Unpacking * Single-goal/ Multiple-goals) to explore the effects of cognitive mechanism on task importance. After that we performed Three-way ANOVA, 2 (To-do list: Packing/ Unpacking) * 2 (Goal relation: Single-goal/ Multiple-goals) * 2 (Self-efficacy: Low self-efficacy/ High self-efficacy) to verify the role of self-efficacy between goal relations and to-do list.
Findings
In the cognitive mechanism, the task importance is not significantly different between in packed and in unpacked condition in pursuit of a single goal. But multitasking with multiple goals causes goal conflict, which means packed condition indicates significantly higher task importance than unpacked condition. Additionally, for a group with low self-efficacy unpacking leads to conflicting relation, which implies that packed condition is more efficient strategy than packed condition. On the other hands, in pursuit of mulitple goals, either packing or unpacking has no distinctive effects on task importance. However, participants with high self-efficacy are no longer affected by facilitating relation and conflicting relation as well in pursuit of either a single goal or multiple goals as well.

Purpose
The study examined the key factors influencing the formation mechanism of SNS addiction. Based on the use and gratification theory, we considered relationship maintenance, perceived enjoyment, and self-expression as main desires to induce SNS addiction. The characteristics of SNS users were also considered as major factors affecting SNS addiction. In particular, self-control and subjective well-beings were considered to be prevention factors that could reduce SNS addiction, while SNS relational intimacy was considered to be a facilitator that would increase SNS addiction.
Design/Methodology/Approach
A structural equation modeling (SEM) method was used to test the theoretical framework based on a sample of 224 Facebook users who have used it more than 6 months. Confirmation factor analysis was conducted to check the reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity.
Findings
Relationship maintenance had a significant effect on self-disclosure intention and SNS addiction, respectively. Perceived enjoyment was significantly related to self-disclosure intention, while it was insignificantly associated with SNS addiction. However, self-expression was not significantly related to both self-disclosure intention and SNS addiction. Consistent with our expectations, both self-control and subjective well-beings had negative effects on SNS addiction. The analysis results found that SNS relational intimacy was positively related to SNS addiction.

Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to observe the relative priorities of importances among IT services for Smart tourism as well as the relative priorities of importances among ways for developing the IT Services.
Design/methodology/approach
AHP analysis model was designed with 3 layers in order to recognize the relative importances priorities of IT services and the ways developing the IT services in Smart tourism. The factors in the top layer consist of Pre-trip IT services, During-trip IT services and Post-trip IT services. The lower factors in second layer of the Pre-trip IT services consists of Tourism information search, Online reservation and Price comparison. The lower factors of the During-trip IT services consists of Context recognition, Virtual Reality and Drone Application. The lower factors of the Post-trip IT services consists of Interactive Sharing and Tagging. The factor of third layer, the ways of developing the IT services consist of Company leading, University leading and Industry-University Collaboration. The structural questionnaire based on the AHP analysis model was designed and used to survey experts in IT and tourism areas. The collected data by the question investigation was analyzed by AHP analysis technique.
Findings
The importance priority of During-trip IT service was highest among in the three type IT services of tourism life cycle. The importance priority of Price comparison service was highest among IT services for Pre-trip. The importance priority of the Context recognition service was highest among IT services for During-trip. The Interactive sharing service was highest among IT services for Post-trip. It would be confirmed for the IT service development ways of Company leading to be suitable for most of the It services, such as Tourism information search, Online reservation, Price comparison, Context recognition, Virtual reality, Drone application, Interactive sharing.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to find out in extent to which the companies in Korea and oversea, which has been subjected by different laws of their country, have guaranteed the personal information rights and have provided proper 'right to access' to the information subjects.
Design/methodology/approach
This study compared Korean laws with 'General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)' of EU and 'California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)' to check each of the level of 'right to access' guarantee. In terms of the difference in guaranteeing the right, this study compared Korean IT leading companies with US global leading IT companies to find out how much 'right to access' are properly implemented in their policies and functions they provide.
Findings
The result of the study shows that 'right to access' has not been well guaranteed by Korean law, as it does not provide the right to choose method and medium by information subjects and does not clarify the types of diverse information. This was clearly opposite with the other laws providing the right to choose what method and medium that subjects want with clarifying every types of personal information possible to be more. In addition, 'right to access' has not been well guaranteed by Korean companies in comparison with by the oversea companies which proactively guarantee the right by setting the function enabling subjects to browse their information through their websites or applications.

Purpose
Issues related to information security have been a crucial topic of interest to researchers and practitioners in the IT/IS field. This study develops a research model based on a Structure-Conduct-Outcome (SCO) framework for the social exchange relationship between employees and organizations regarding information security.
Design/methodology/approach
In applying an SCO framework to information security, structure and conduct are activities imposed on employees within an organizational context; outcomes are activities that protect information security from an employee. Data were collected from 438 employees working in manufacturing and service firms currently implementing an information security policy in South Korea. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22.0 is used to test the validation of the measurement model and the proposed casual relationships in the research model.
Findings
The results demonstrate support for the relationships between predicting variables in organization structure (security policy and physical security system) and the outcome variables in organization conduct (top management support, security education program, and security visibility). Results confirm that the three variables in organization conduct had a positive effect on individual outcome (security knowledge and compliance intention).

6Influence of Competitor and Customer Orientation on Marketing Performance through IT Competence in Chinese SMEs

Purpose
This study examines the roles of firm-level IT competence in the relationship between marketing orientation and marketing performance in the context of Chinese SMEs. To achieve this goal, this study presents and empirically tests a model of how competitor orientation and customer orientation can be exploited to positively influence marketing performance through IT competence.
Design/methodology/approach
The competitor orientation and customer orientation are based on the market orientation construct developed by Trainor et al. (2011). IT competence re based on the market orientation construct developed by Reitz et al. 2018) and the marketing performance are based on the performance construct developed by Hooley et al., (2005). To complete the investigation, we conducted a survey in China from February 2019 to April 2019. Randomly contacted 150 Chinese SMEs, including SMEs of all sizes and types. To test our hypotheses, partial least squares (PLS) method was employed.
Findings
The findings indicate that customer orientation is antecedent to IT competence, while competitor orientation has no significant relationship with IT competence. This study provides a better understanding of the connection between IT competence and firm performance. So companies should focus on shaping customer-oriented culture and training IT competence.

Purpose
Social interest in financial statement notes has recently increased. However, contrary to the keen interest in financial statement notes, there is no morphological analyzer for accounting terms, which is why researchers are having considerable difficulty in carrying out research. In this study, we build a morphological analyzer for accounting related text mining techniques. This morphological analyzer can handle accounting terms like financial statements and we expect it to serve as a springboard for growth in the text mining research field.
Design/methodology/approach
In this study, we build customized korean morphological analyzer to extract proper accounting terms. First, we collect Company's Financial Statement notes, financial information data published by KPFIS(Korea Public Finance Information Service), K-IFRS accounting terms data. Second, we cleaning and tokeninzing and removing stopwords. Third, we customize morphological analyzer using n-gram methodology.
Findings
Existing morphological analyzer cannot extract accounting terms because it split accounting terms to many nouns. In this study, the new customized morphological analyzer can detect more appropriate accounting terms comparing to the existing morphological analyzer. We found that accounting words that were not detected by existing morphological analyzers were detected in new customized morphological analyzers.

Purpose
This study develops a heuristic algorithm to solve the time-resource tradeoffs in project scheduling problems with a real basis.
Design/methodology/approach
Resource constrained project scheduling problem with time-resource tradeoff is well-known as one of the NP-hard problems. Previous researchers have proposed heuristic that minimize Makespan of project scheduling by deriving optimal combinations from finite combinations of time and resource. We studied to solve project scheduling problems by deriving optimal values from infinite combinations.
Findings
We developed heuristic algorithm named Push Algorithm that derives optimal combinations from infinite combinations of time and resources. Developed heuristic algorithm based on simulated annealing shows better improved results than genetic algorithm and further research suggestion was discussed as a project scheduling problem with multiple resources of real numbers.

Purpose
The research investigated on what motivates the consumers to use the SNS, what qualities of images are preferred and how the pleasure and arousal derived from looking at the images have moderating effects on sharing images, following accounts, clicking profile links of accounts and accessing the link on profiles to purchase products.
Design
A survey was conducted by using actual images published on the Instagram profiles of an online shopping mall.
Findings
As a result, their emotional responses such as pleasure or arousal on the four of behavioral intentions changed the impact of SNS use motivation on the behavioral intentions. When one felt pleasure, the behavioral intentions of sharing activities and clicking links is further triggered.
