Purpose: This paper aims to verify the effect of quality management activities on the performance through innovative culture moderated by organizational mindfulness support which supports organizational mindfulness that means the organization members' attention is stable, opened mind and sensitive to change.
Methods: The survey was conducted for four weeks to participants who participated in education of the Korea Standard Association. We analyzed 265 data using SPSS MACRO PROCESS to verify the research model.
Results: Research shows that quality management activities affect the performance by partially mediating of innovation culture moderated by organizational mindfulness support. In other words, the higher organizational mindfulness support, the stronger the mediated effect of innovation culture in relation to quality management activities and performance.
Conclusion: In order to further enhance the impact of quality management activities on performance, we could see that organization is needed to support for education or learning that can improve organizational mindfulness.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the interaction effects between price determinants of artworks. We expand the methodology in art market by applying machine learning techniques to estimate the price of artworks and compare linear regression and machine learning in terms of prediction accuracy.
Methods: Moderated regression analysis was performed to verify the interaction effects of artistic characteristics on price. The moderating effects were studied by confirming the significance level of the interaction terms of the derived regression equation. In order to derive price estimation model, we use multiple linear regression analysis, which is a parametric statistical technique, and k-nearest neighbor (kNN) regression, which is a nonparametric statistical technique in machine learning methods.
Results: Mostly, the influences of the price determinants of art are different according to the auction types and the artist 's reputation. However, the auction type did not control the influence of the genre of the work on the price. As a result of the analysis, the kNN regression was superior to the linear regression analysis based on the prediction accuracy.
Conclusion: It provides a theoretical basis for the complexity that exists between pricing determinant factors of artworks. In addition, the nonparametric models and machine learning techniques as well as existing parameter models are implemented to estimate the artworks' price.

Purpose: The problem of optimizing redundancy allocation in multi-level systems is considered when each item in a multi-level system has alternative items with the same function. The number of redundancy of multi-level system is allocated to maximize the reliability of the system under path set and cost limitation constraints.
Methods: Based on cost limitation and path set constraints, a mathematical model is established to maximize system reliability. Particle swarm optimization is employed for redundant allocation and verified by numerical experiments.
Results: Comparing the particle swarm optimization method and the memetic algorithm for the 3 and 4 level systems, the particle swarm optimization method showed better performance for solution quality and search time. Particularly, the particle swarm optimization showed much less than the memetic algorithm for variation of results.
Conclusion: The proposed particle swarm optimization considerably shortens the time to search for a feasible solution in MRAP with path set constraints. PS optimization is expected to reduce search time and propose the better solution for various problems related to MRAP.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a statistical program for capability analysis of measuring system and measurement process based upon KS Q ISO 22514-7.
Methods: R is a powerful open source functional programming language that provides high level graphics and interfaces to other languages. Therefore, in this study, we will develop the statistical program using R language.
Results: The R program developed in this study consists of the following five modules.
① Measuring system capability analysis with Type 1 study data: MSCA_Type1.R
② Measuring system capability analysis with Linearity study(Type 4 study) data: MSCA_Type4.R
③ Measurement process capability analysis with Type 1 study & Gage R&R study data: MPCA_T1GRR.R
④ Measurement process capability analysis with Type 4 study & Gage R&R study data: MPCA_T4GRR.R
⑤ Attribute measurement processes capability analysis : AttributeMP.R
Conclusion: KS Q ISO 22514-7 evaluates measuring systems and measurement processes on the basis of the measurement uncertainty that was determined according to the GUM(KS Q ISO/IEC Guide 98-3). KS Q ISO 22514-7 offers precise procedures, however, computations are more intensive. The R program of this study will help to evaluate the measurement process.

Purpose: We used a data analysis method to improve semiconductor manufacturing yield. We defined and optimized important factors and applied our findings to a real-world process. The semiconductor industry is very cost-competitive; our findings are useful.
Methods: We collected data on 15 independent variables and one dependent variable (yield); we removed outliers and missing values. Using SPSS Modeler ver. 18.0, we analyzed the data both continuously and discretely and identified common factors.
Results: We optimized two independent variables in terms of process conditions; yield improved. We used DS Leak software to model netting and Contact CD software to model meshes. DS Leak shows smaller the better characterisrics and Contact CD shows normal the best characteristics
Conclusion: Various efforts have been made to improve semiconductor manufacturing yields, and many studies have created models or analyzed various characteristics. We not only defined important factors but also showed how to control processing to improve semiconductor yield.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to develop a reliability estimation procedure for the underground gas pipeline in the presence of corrosion defects.
Methods: Corrosion is one of the major causes of the gas pipeline failure. Several failure forms caused by corrosion have been studied. Among them, small leak and burst are considered in this paper. The composite failure of the two is defined by limit state function, and it is expressed with pipe parameters. Given a modified corrosion dataset, in order to obtain reliability estimations, the method of first order and second moment is adopted because of its simplicity. The computation processes are conducted with MATLAB coding.
Results: According to numerical results, the probability of composite failure is affected by both small leak and burst. In particular, when corrosion depth stays at low level, it is consistent with the probability of burst failure. On the contrary, it is more influenced by the small leak failure as corrosion depth is increasing. In such case, the probability of composite failure is fast approaching to the safety limit.
Conclusion: By considering the composite failure, more practical predictions of remaining life can be obtained. The proposed method is useful for maintenance planning of the underground gas pipeline.

Purpose: Chatbots are widely diffusing across various industries to substitute human manpower in the industry. However as researchers only develop technology that is applied to chatbot, the diffusion is slow in progress. The purpose of this study is to propose useful implications to accelerate diffusion of chatbots across industries by analyzing the perception of customers. To achieve the research purpose this study analyzes causal effect relationship between characteristics of chatbot character, service quality, individual difference, and intention to use chatbot.
Methods: This study developed a survey that contains various questionnaires for each construct based on literature review. Data collected through survey was tested for convergent validity and discriminant validity and further analyzed the relationship using PLS-SEM method to verify hypotheses.
Results: Trustworthiness of the chatbot character, ease of use, application design, responsiveness, customization, assurance, inertia, and previous experience have significant influence on forming user satisfaction, consumer trust, and intention to use. The others, likability, appropriateness, technology anxiety, and need for interaction were not significant in this research.
Conclusion: Although the constructs of the research model was significant in previous literatures, some do not have significant effect on intention to use chatbots. Based on the results, chatbot managers will be able to develop chatbot systems which are more appealing to users and more academic researchers will focus on analyzing user perception and intention.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive key evaluation indicators to improve the quality of daycare centers by identifying the relationships among the 18 evaluation indicators of the daycare evaluation system using the DEMATEL technique.
Methods: In this study, the questionnaires are completed by 17 daycare center directors who have received accreditation of daycare center. They are requested to consider the level of direct influence between two evaluation indicators. A DEMATEL analysis was conducted based on the survey results.
Results: The result of the study shows that the most important indicators of daycare center quality are directors leadership, institutional operations and professionalism of staff. Among evaluation areas, educational childcare curriculum & interactions is affected by all areas, and staff area affect all areas.
Conclusion: The evaluation areas and indicators of the daycare center are judged to be well-balanced. It is expected that the findings of the key evaluation indicators that should be prioritized among the evaluation indicators will be helpful to those preparing for the evaluation of the daycare center.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to apply the machine and deep learning methodology on error terms which are continuously auto-generated on the sensors with specific time period and prove the improvement effects of power generator prediction diagnosis system by comparing detection ability.
Methods: The SVM(Support Vector Machine) and MLP(Multi Layer Perception) learning procedures were applied for predicting the target values and sequentially producing the error terms for confirming the detection improvement effects of suggested application. For checking the effectiveness of suggested procedures, several detection methodologies such as Cusum and EWMA were used for the comparison.
Results: The statistical analysis result shows that without noticing the sequential trivial changes on current diagnosis system, suggested approach based on the error term diagnosis is sensing the changes in the very early stages.
Conclusion: Using pattern of error terms as a diagnosis tool for the safety control process with SVM and MLP learning procedure, unusual symptoms could be detected earlier than current prediction system. By combining the suggested error term management methodology with current process seems to be meaningful for sustainable safety condition by early detecting the symptoms.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose useful suggestions by analyzing the causal relationship between technology-based self-service for smart airport and intention to use.
Methods: The data was collected by using the structured questionnaires. The proposed research model is tested using 231 valid questionnaires by R.3.2.1 plspm package.
Results: The results of this study are as follows; the effecting factors of technology based self service for introducing smart airport, it was found that the effects of personal innovativeness and enjoyment and responsiveness, social impact were significant for acceptance and personal innovativeness was not significant on perceived usefulness. This study suggests significant factors on the implementation of smart airports and technology-based self-service. It also introduced new technologies in the future by looking at various characteristic factors that affect the intention of using technology-based self-service to promote smart airports.
Conclusion: Airports and aviation industries need to have easy access to the airport's technology-based self-services to build a successful smart airport and create an environment that can be used appropriately at the time the customer wants. Also when customers use technology-based self-service devices, they should consider to maximize the positive emotions (emotional values such as pleasure or fun) that customers feel.
