Purpose - The purpose of this study was to conduct a discussion on the treatment improvement for workers engaged in hotel lodging industry based on the Labor Standards Act. In modern society, the concept of workers and legal regulations are difficult to apply in actual field, and there is a need to intervene at the national level. Basically, labor relations is not limited to the relationship between employers and workers, but is a part of workers, companies, and government to cooperate together. 
Design, data, and methodology -This study focuses on the necessity of supplementing the provisions of the Labor Standards Act. Firstly, it focuses on the daily allowance of daily workers, secondly, the problem of treatment improvement of daily workers, and third, social insurance of daily workers. The Labor Standards Act does not provide a clear definition of how long daily workers under three months are covered by the Labor Standards Act or the specific definition of daily workers. It is time to present more clearly and specifically the scope of these non-specific regulations. This is because a daily worker may be included in the applicable exception even though he or she is working for a period of one year, even if he or she is eligible for weekly leave allowance payment, annual leave, and severance pay. Therefore, this study intends to discuss the issue of treatment of daily workers in hotel accommodations in the tourism industry, which is not clear in the Labor Standards Act. 
Result -Daily workers should not be harmed by unreasonable employment relationships, and if they are found to be working for more than three months in the workplace, as well as regular workers, they should be recognized as eligible for workers' compensation insurance. Despite the same number of working days and work as regular workers, the constant disadvantage in working conditions is that contracts between workers and employers are repeated in the form of expiration and renewal. 
Conclusion -Finally, as regards the social insurance of daily workers, national pension, medical insurance, and industrial accident insurance should be able to be applied as business subscribers, not local subscribers, if the application requirements are met. Construction workers are eligible for the National Pension as members of the workplace if they have more than eight working days. The hotel accommodation industry, which uses daily workers relatively, needs to be used when the number of working days of regular workers is met to improve the treatment of daily workers, regardless of the one-day contract and the contract of expiration.

Purpose -The concert market, one dimension of cultural events, has been growing dramatically during this decades reflecting changing consumer trends in leisure. With the development of ICT, as fandom of performers could affect the concert market, this study tried to examine the relationships between participation attitude, selection factors of a concert, fanship and concert satisfaction.
Research Design, data, and methodology -Based on previous studies, this study hypothesized that participation attitude and selection factors of a concert could influence the fanship and concert satisfaction. Data was collected during 16-17 June, 2018 at the Auditorium, BEXCO before Fantom vs Fantom concert has been started. A total of 200 survey was used for the data analysis.
Result -The results showed that participation attitude had significant impact on both fanship and concert satisfaction. Selection factors of a concert had partial influence on fanship and concert satisfaciton. Interestingly, the 'functional' component of selection factor did now influence significantly on fanship and concert satisfaction but the 'sensible' component of concert selection factor showed a significant impact on fanship and concert satisfaction.
Conclusions - The results offered some insights into the effect of participation attitude and selection factors on fanship and concert satisfaction among the audience. Theoretical and practical implications were discussed based on the findings of this study.

Purpose- The purpose of this study is to recognize the importance of the characteristics of exhibition & convention e-WOM and identify the influential relationship of these information characteristics on attendees' attitudes and behavior intention.
Design, data, and methodology- The empirical analysis were presented based on the theory of characteristics of e-WOM information, attitudes, behavior intention of previous studies. In addition, a research model and a research hypothesis that logically organizes the causal relationship between the constituent factors were designed.
Result- The results show that consensus, remindness, neutrality had significant effects on cognitive attitude, emotional attitude and behavioral attitude, respectively. Also, cognitive attitude and affective attitude of visitors at exhibition & convention significantly affect behavior intention. Consensus and neutrality had significant impacts on behavior intention as well.
Conclusions- Exhibition & convention particularly involves intangibility. Therefore, marketing employees need to make efforts to fully understand characteristics of exhibition & convention e-WOM information, provide information to visitors and potential visitors, and constantly manage them to improve marketing strategy.

Purpose -This study examines the effects of experiential factors on visitor satisfaction and behavioral intentions in the Korea Travel Expo by utilizing the Experience Economy theory (4Es).
Research Design, data, and methodology -A survey was conducted on 330 visitors to the Korea Travel Expo, from which the final sample of 296 questionnaires was drawn from. The data collected were subsequently processed using simple and multiple regression analyses through the SPSS Windows Ver. 23.0 program, which yielded the following results on frequency analysis, validity and reliability analyses, and causal relations analysis between the factors measured.
Result - The four experiential factors in the Experience Economy theory (4Es; esthetic, education, escapism, and entertainment) were found to affect visitor satisfaction typically associated with the Korea Travel Expo. The experiential factors of esthetic and education were found to affect visitor behavioral intention toward travel, but entertainment and education factors were not found to have any effects on it. In turn, visitor satisfaction with the Expo was found to affect the visitor behavioral intention toward travel. From these results, the following implications can thus be identified. First, given that the four 1) experiential factors of Experience Economy theory (4Es) were all found to affect the visitor satisfaction with Expo, an effort must be made for the equal development of the experiential factors to facilitate visitor satisfaction with the Expo. Second, the relationship between the aesthetic/educational factors and visitor behavioral intention implies that the development of the two aforementioned factors should be given more focus within the greater effort to develop the four factors equally. While the escapist and entertainment factors were not found to have an impact on visitor behavioral intention, they should nevertheless be developed further to facilitate greater visitor satisfaction. Third, visitor satisfaction with the Expo was found to have an impact on the behavioral intentions of the visitors toward travel.
Conclusions - The Expo should strive to develop a variety of experiential factors that can appeal to the different perspectives of its visitors, which would enable Expo visitors to derive satisfaction from the event, encouraging them to recommend others to visit the travel destinations or visit the destinations themselves.

Purpose - This study aimed to develop airport servicescape determinants. This study result can provide basic data required for airport extension and airport design and serve as the foundation for improving the image of Airport
Design ,data and methodology - Based on the theory of airport services and the previous studies on servicescape, an academic foundation of airport servicescape was constructed and upper concepts of airport servicescape were extracted and a panel of airport experts was organized and three Delphi surveys were conducted using the upper concepts of airport servicescape obtained from the previous studies.
Result - The five upper concepts of airport servicescape extracted from the preceding studies on servicescape and fifteen airport servicescape determinants and seventy three details were extracted from the three Delphi Technique-based surveys.
Conclusion - This study has significance by revealing airport servicescape determinants, which have not been developed so far and this facilitates a satisfaction evaluation based on servicescape of physical and social environments rather than human services by suggesting the airport servicescape determinants

Purpose - This study is to investigate the differences between mid-price level coffee store and general coffee store regarding revisit intention. As the general coffee store, this research selects Strabucks, while this research chooses Ediya as mid-price level store.
Design, data, and methodology -The dependent variable of this research is revisit intention. As the determinants, this research considers price fairness, accessibility, product diversity, and brand awareness. This research collected the data using survey, and 402 surveys were used for the data analysis. This research used frequency analysis, correlation, analysis of variance, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis.
Result - Regarding the results, price fairness and product diversity are essential elements to account for the revisit intention in both segments. However, brand awareness and accessibility are only essential in the context of general coffee store service (Starbucks).
Conclusions - The results offer the theoretical contribution in that this study validates the attributes in the coffee domain within different price segment. Also, this research could offer the practical implications for the managers of coffee business by offering the information of consumers.

Purpose - Despite the importance of human service at the festival, only a small number of studies have been conducted. This study aimed to reveal the relationship between the festival human service and experiences.
Design, data, and methodology -The human service quality factors affecting visitor experience were extracted from Boryeong Mud Festival, resulting in a factor of 'human service' and experience factors were two factors of 'affective' and 'cognitive.' A total of 213 useful responses were collected at the festival venue and th data was analysed by SPSS win ver. 21.0 program for factor, reliability, frequency, ANOVA and regression analyses.
Result - The results showed that three hypotheses were adapted. First, the 'human service quality' had a significant influence on 'visitor's experiences' and 'future behaviors.' Second, two festival 'visitor's experience' factors influence positively to all 'future behaviors.' Third, the result of ANOVA, Boryeong Mud Festival experience programs have significant differences only two 'visitor experience' factors.
Conclusions - The results of the study will be particularly helpful in personnel management and marketing during the festival's operation management and it will contribute to the diversity of the festival's research subjects.

Purpose -The local specialized convention has become a benefit to local region. Therefore, the objective of this research is to examine the effects of convention satisfaction on supports and impact perception, as well as the effect of impact perception on support.
Research Design, data, and methodology -From the literature review, the measurement scales of convention satisfaction, impact perception, and support were identified and revised for this study. The data were obtained from convention participants at '2019 Seongnam International Medical Tourism Convention' in Gyeonggido, Seongnam. In total, 212 valid data were used to examine the relations among convention satisfaction, impact perception, and support.
Result - The results indicated that convention satisfaction had a significant influence on support and all components of impact perception: economic impact, social impact, and constructing image. impact and Moreover, all the impact perception factors revealed to have significant positive effects on support.
Conclusions - The results offer some insights into satisfaction on impact perception and support in the context of the local specialized convention. Theoretically, this study provides a new type of conceptual framework that verifies relationships between not only convention satisfaction and impact perception, but also convention support. More theoretical and practical implications are discussed in the conclusion section.

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of consumers' values and norms on intentions to visit eco-friendly events using extended theory of planned behavior(TPB).
Design, data, and methodology -The proposed model was tested using the data collected from 248 participants, and a self-completion questionnaire was used to measure the constructs. Validity and reliability were ensured, and then the model was tested.
Result - The results revealed that all four hypotheses were partly supported. Specifically, no relationships between egoistic value and subjective norm; and egoistic value and attitude were found out, however, other relationships among the constructs (egoistic value, altruistic value, moral norm, subjective norm, attitude, perceived behavioral control, and visiting intention) were statistically identified.
Conclusions -Implications for future research and marketing strategies in the field of visiting intentions were discussed. Also, limitations and future research directions were also discussed.
