In Korean grammar education, it is becoming more convincing to argue that orthography education should be taught based on principles of orthography. From the view of principle-oriented orthography education, it becomes important to construct grammatical knowledge appropriately to understand principles. The purpose of this study is to develope the knowledge that can be used for understanding principles such as phoneticism and ideography by investigating the influence of Korean liaison on notation of Hangul. The examples presented here is just a small part of the knowledge to be used for understanding principles, which should be studied to determine the whole structure of.

The purpose of this study is to find out a way for lexical educational application of frame semantics. It would look for a nexus between frame semantics and lexical education, and weigh up the teaching & learning practice for inquiring the lexicon's validity in newspaper texts. To accomplish this purpose, this study investigates the concept and the inquiring principles of the lexicon's meaning of frame semantics at first. Frame semantics aims to inquiry the lexicon's meaning focusing on the frame which is an integration of the human's conceptual background knowledge. The inquiring principles are specified by steps for “motivation of the meaning and frame”, “trigger words and evoked frames”, “frame elements and profiling”, “intention awareness from the frame”. And then, this study looks for a nexus between frame semantics and the valuable lexical using education. The educational contents of the valuable lexical use is categorized to “understand systemicity of the lexicon”, “utilize appropriateness of the lexicon use”, “be aware validity of the using lexicon”. It could set the ways to construct educational contents of the valuable lexical use based on frame semantics responding with inquiring principles of frame semantics to each category. Those are “inquiring the meaning and relations of the lexicon based on the frame”, “inquiring foregrounds and backgrounds of lexical meanings utilizing the profiling of frame elements”, “inquiring the value and ideology of the world originated in the lexicon from finding out intentions of the lexicon's frame”. At the end, this study makes the teaching & learning steps and following learner's performing activities for inquiring the lexicon's validity in newspaper texts. From this practice, it could confirm the authenticity of the lexical educational contents for learners to understand a newspaper text, to search trigger words and analyzing frames, to be aware an intention of the newspaper text. This study has a meaning to draw up the lexical educational plan to cultivate the critical awareness for the world represented in the lexicon.

The purpose of this study is to describe the grammatical characteristics and meaning of conjunctive ending '-atja' by analyzing the use of '-atja' in actual language data. To achieve this goal, I examined the morpho·syntactic characteristics and meaning of the two forms of '-atja' and '-a bwatja' shown in the actual corpus with a sense of question about the existing discussions seen in grammatically incorrect or unnatural sentences when the concessive conjunctive ending '-atja' was used alone without combining with the auxiliary predicate 'boda'. Through this process, this study shows that the connective ending '-atja' does not combine with the auxiliary predicate 'boda' but has meaning of 'denial of expectation', and that '-atja' is an independent connective ending. In addition, by comparing '-atja' with '-a bwatja', this study demonstrates that '-a bwatja' has a different syntactic constraint from '-atja' and the semantic function which reveals negative meaning of the following clause more strongly.

This study analyzed 8,568 articles related to 'Korean grammar education' that can be searched by Riss and KCI using topic modeling and language network analysis method. Both of these methods help to analyze large-scale studies systematically and objectively in that they provide scientific data for big data and provide clear and reasonable quantitative data.
In this paper, we review the detailed topics, main word pairs, linguistic knowledge structure, and language network in Korean grammar education and analyze the characteristics of the study trends. Theses and essays have been studied in similar and different ways. As a whole, studies on 'curriculum and textbook' and 'contents of education' were most studied in the field of Korean grammar education, and interest in 'learning' and 'learner'

The purpose of this study is to organize the lexical expression strategies that Korean native speakers use. To do this, we conducted an experiment consisting of making a short sentence and change words with an 41 adult speakers who are considered to be proficient. As a result, it was able to typify 11 lexical expression strategies in total as below.
In this study, these 11 strategies were presented with various examples, and based on them, the need for teaching vocabulary strategies was emphasized.

The goal of this study is to analyze articulatory errors of Korean consonants in the pronunciations of Chinese learners in Korean. In articulating Korean words, to enunciate any consonant sequence of a syllable boundary means to vocalize a final consonant by overlapping it with the subsequent initial consonant. This paper investigates these Korean phonological phenomena through the findings of Chinese students' Korean pronunciations.
There are three basic types of errors in phonetics at the consonantal sequences of syllable boundaries when Chinese students phonate Korean. Firstly, the syllable final deletion which is considered as the most typical error from Chinese learners occurs in various types of consonantal sequences. Although Chinese /n, ŋ/ can be distributed in syllable final positions, the Chinese students tend to delete Korean syllable finals such as 'ㄴ,ㅇ' due to their both distributional restrictions and characteristics of deleting convention of their native language. Secondly, the syllable initial alternation occurred in an isolated syllables can happen due to pronunciation errors of Korean obstruents. In this case, any syllable final consonants do not have any specific roles concerned with this progress. Lastly, the syllable final alteration attempted to the consonants has low sonority. The altered syllable final consonants tend to maintain their inherent places of articulations.
