The purpose of this study is to investigate the participants' behavioral system according to the activity of the communication dancer of the dance institute, using the SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. First, the communication ability of the leader of dance school has a positive (+) influence on the value. Second, the communication ability of leader of dance school has a positive effect on attitude. Third, the communication ability of the leader of the dance school had a positive effect on the behavioral intention. Fourth, the value of dancer 's leader has a positive effect on attitude. Fifth, the value of the leader of the dance school did not have a positive influence on the behavioral intention. Sixth, the attitude of the leader of the dance school had a positive effect on the behavioral intention. In conclusion, it can be seen that the communication skills of the dancers 'leaders are an important strategy that determines the participants' behavioral system (VAB). Therefore, through the communication skills of the dancers' instructors, they will influence the positive image of the dance school and the loyal customers through the change of trust and attitude.

The purpose of this study were to test whether the multiple achievement goals and meta-cognitive strategy mediate the relationship between perceived motivational climate and performance satisfaction in dance classes. A total of 472 university dance students (36 males, 436 females) participated in the studies. Data were conducted using descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation, and structural equation modeling.
The results of structural equation modeling shows that university dance students' perceived motivational climates in dance classes were a significant predictor of multiple goals, meta-cognitive strategy, and personal performance satisfaction. The results of structural equation modeling related to four hypotheses were as follows; First, mastery-approach goal and meta-cognitive strategy fully mediated the relationship between perceived motivational climate and performance satisfaction. Second, mastery-avoidance goal and meta-cognitive strategy fully mediated the relationship between perceived motivational climate and performance satisfaction. Third, performance-approach goal and meta-cognitive strategy fully mediated the relationship between perceived motivational climate and performance satisfaction. Fourth, performance-avoidance goal and meta-cognitive strategy fully mediated the relationship between perceived motivational climate and performance satisfaction.
These findings suggest that university dance students should properly use numerous meta-cognitive strategies in order to satisfy their personal performance and to utilize their ability in dance classes. In conclusion, the results imply that it is very important for university dance students to perceive learning environment as positive and pursuit mastery-approach goal for enhancing their performance ability and satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the ballet exercise program on physical fitness, depression and cognitive function of elderly women over 65 years old. A total of 27 subjects were randomly assigned to exercise group(14) and control group(13). The exercise program was 50 minutes and performed twice a week for 12-weeks.
As a result, physical fitness was significantly increased in all variables in the exercise group, the depression scale was significantly increased in the control group, but significantly decreased in the exercise group, cognitive function was significantly increased in the exercise group. In addition, there was a significant difference between groups in all variables, and there was a significant correlation between physical fitness and depression scale and cognitive function.
These results are expected to contribute to the improvement of activities of daily living ability of the elderly women by positively affecting the improvement and prevention of depression and cognitive function.

This study is designed to look into the trends of dance-related researches on elementary school students in Korea. The study analyzed 98 papers from several academic journals published from 2008 to 2017. The analyses was focused on: the statuses of the presentation on research type by year, research methods, and the research contents. Through this study, the researcher wish to fully comprehend the current status of dance studies done on elementary school students, and to provide basic information for future dance-related researches on elementary school students.

As an action research, this study provided ballet stance training to improve problems in the field and thus explore efficient ballet education plans for effective ballet learning. The findings were as follows: first, there is a need for lessons designed to cultivate physical knowledge in practice education in ballet; secondly, there should be lessons to help students concentrate on their bodies in practice education in ballet; and finally, practice education in ballet should emphasize total ballet stance training for the right posture. These findings indicate that ballet stance training will serve as the only educational method of ballet to ensure the physical and technical improvement of ballet dancers beyond technique- centered ballet education.

This study analyzed the words and topics related to dance, focusing on news articles during the media discourse, to explore the meaning of dance recognized by the contemporary public. A total of 34,505 news articles related to 'dance' were collected from Korean Integrated News Database System (KINDS). The collected data went through a data cleaning process. Topic modeling analysis was carried out Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA) using to Netminer 4.
The analysis resulted in five topics. First, the topic of the “Dance Festival” drew attention to the fact that a world-class dance festival that communicates and harmonizes with multicultural families and citizens through dance. Second, the topic of “Television Dance Program” highlighted dance survival, 'Dancing 9,' which focuses on dance. Third, the topic of "Dance Education" showed the therapeutic and educational effects of dance and cases of ballet educational institutions worldwide. Fourth, the role of dance in Korea becoming the center of Asian culture in the topic of "Universalization of Dance" and Choi Seung-hee, a world-renowned dancer, became an issue. Fifth, in the topic of "Dance Performing Art," works by dance troupes from home and abroad and performances by world-renowned dance troupes in Korea made headlines.

The purpose of this study is to establish a theory of humanities dance education for elementary and secondary education in Korea. To achieve this goal, the three studies were set up as follows: Firstly, the philosophical foundation of humanities dance education. Secondly, to derive the content structure of humanities dance education. Thirdly, to derive the method structure of humanities dance education. The main method of this study was Delphi survey, and literature review and expert meeting were concurrently conducted. The philosophical foundation of humanities dance education consists of theoretical background, concept and purpose. The content structure of humanities dance education consists of content dimension and content area. The method structure of humanities dance education consists of teaching-learning direction and teaching-learning method. In conclusion, the structure and meaning of humanities dance education theory was explained, and the educational philosophical meaning of the theory was discussed.

This study comprehensively examined the concept of dance literacy defined by existing scholars, defined dance literacy as 'an ability of understanding and performing dance artistically, historically and culturally' as the concept of narrow sense, and developed the education program which can enhance this.
This study hopes that the developed ballet education program as above will be applied to real education field and verified its effectiveness. Furthermore this study expects that the program will be utilized as the basis for the development of dance education program suitable for the training of professional dancer.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the site specificity in performance that has been luring not only artists but choreographers. Site-specific dance performance makes people think differently about the site they are experiencing as well as about the art itself. It affects people's feelings about themselves in that site and informs their future interactions with that site. Site-specific Performance is art that seeks in the end to create a bond between the creative performance and our world in ways that shift and change our reality.
