본 연구는 고사성어를 통하여 현재 대학 중국어 고문교육의 문제점들을 극복하고자 하는 노력의 일환으로, 고사성어를 통한 고문 교육의 효율과 그 선정기준, 학습 내용 등을 고찰하였다. 고사성어를 통한 고문교육은 중국어에 대한 역사적, 공시적 이해뿐만 아니라, 현대를 살아 나가는 지혜와 통찰, 그리고 고대 중국의 문화를 이야기 구성을 통해 흥미롭게 접근할 수 있도록 한다. 구체적으로 고사자체의 의미를 비롯하여, 원문과 관련된 어휘, 어법적 분석과 그 변천과정, 그리고 이를 통한 원문 해독, 관련된 역사적 문화적 배경의 이해, 현대중국어로의 번역 등을 학습한다.

This study is a part of efforts to overcome the problems in the teaching of Chinese classics to undergraduate students through ancient idioms, examined the efficiency of Chinese classics education through the use of ancient idioms, its selection criteria, and contents of study. Chinese classics education through the use of ancient idioms allows not only the historical and disciplinary understanding of Chinese, but also the wisdom and insight to live in modern times, and the interest of ancient Chinese culture through storytelling. In this course, students will learn about the meaning of the idioms itself, vocabulary related to the text, legal analysis and its process of translation, interpretation of the original text, understanding the related historical and cultural background, and translation into modern Chinese.
