The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship among the authentic leadership, positive psychological capital, innovation behavior(innovation activity and innovation propensity) and job satisfaction. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows. First, authentic leadership directly effects positive psychological capital, and positive psychological capital also effects innovation behavior directly. But authentic leadership could not effect directly toward innovation behavior. This result shows that authentic leadership can effect the innovation behavior through psychological capital. Second, authentic leadership directly effects job satisfaction, whereas positive psychological capital does not effect directly job satisfaction. Third, the managerial experience showed a significant moderating effect on the relationship between positive psychological capital and innovation propensity, but not on the relation of innovation activity. This implies positive psychological capital is an important factor that induces innovation behavior in the military organization.

Unmanned systems will become a necessity, not an option, for future warfare. Especially as the core of unmanned systems, unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) will continue to expand their scope of operations. However, recognizing UAV as fully autonomous raises several problems. Emphasis must be placed not on UAVs being autonomous but controlled by many operators from a distance as RPA(Remotely Piloted Aircraft). Furthermore, even with further advances in UAV technology, weapon release of RPA should remain semiautonomous with strict regulations of human control. This paper suggests effective measures to utilize UAV in strengthening jointness, supporting systems, and direction of operations.

The Inter-Korea Summit meeting on April 27th and the first meeting on June 12th between the president of the United States, most powerful country and the poorest nation's North Korea summit shows that North Korea wants to become an normal country in the international community.
Within the flow of achieve peace in Korean Peninsula, considering current armistice system, it is important to know where the use of armed force is laid in the international law, as well as in Korean Constitutional Law. It is wise for South Korea to provide for a rainy day in the point of contact between the international law and the Korean Constitutional Law.
If use of force is allowed according to the international law for the purpose of conservation of Korean territory and maintaining international peace and security, because use of force is operated under international law, it is important to interpret the Korean Constitutional Law systematically. Constitutional limitations are needed to verify the constitutionality between the national(public) interests and the suffering of the national from use of force

Cyberspace is a kind of battlefield and recruitment of cyber warriors is keenly focused in many nations. People who has technical knowledge can conduct cyber war, so the demand for well-educated cyber professionals is sharply increasing these days. Therefore, the Korea Ministry of Defense started a new recruiting system for cyber warrior, which is titled “Professional officers in cyber-technology”. But this system encountered some issues, caused by inadequacy of human resource management. This paper suggests several strategies for solving these problems; setting up a human resource management model for cyber professionals, making a new branch in the military, establishing certification system, inducing social support for cyber professionals

This research investigates a psychological mechanism underlying on the mediation relationship on organizational citizenship behavior in military setting. Specifically, this research suggests that authentic leadership and growth need strength positively affect organizational citizenship behavior through increased psychological capital as a mediator based on job characteristics model, self-determination theory, and social exchange theory. A structural equation modeling is utilized and all hypotheses are supported. Implications of this research are then discussed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the positive relationship between calling and organizational commitment, and whether this relationship would be mediated by self-efficacy and coworker exchange. The survey were carried out for 146 Korea Airforce Academy freshman cadets three times over a one-month period. The results indicated that calling had a positive effect on organizational commitment, and self-efficacy, coworker exchange partially mediated the relationship between calling and organizational commitment. Implications and directions for the future research were discussed.
