This study aims to identify the causal relationship among public technology transfer, technological performance, and research and development (R&D) productivity. Using the impulse-response function(IRF) of a panel vector autoregressive model (panel VAR), this study suggests the results of how long the factors such as technological performance (patent), public technology transfer, and R&D productivity takes and lasts if a one-unit shock of standard deviation occurs. As a result, first, the increase of public technology transfer activities has no power to increase the technology performance but improve the R&D productivity. If the public institute increases its technology transfer activities by one unit, the R&D productivity will increase within five years. Second, the impact of increasing technological performance on improvement of public technology transfer and R&D productivity is an insignificant. Third, the effect of R&D productivity on the public technology transfer creates a substantial reaction after a current time. Considering the structural relationships among public technology transfer, technological performance, and R&D productivity, if policy makers intend to construct the active R&D circumstance, technology suppliers should be motivated to run the active R&D mechanism because they achieve gains.

With the widespread use of smartphones and the development of information technology, an online service called SNS(social network service) has emerged, and as an increasing number of people began to use SNS, extensive research has been conducted on SNS. SNS is an important factor for adolescents who are developing social skills that help them to adapt to the society, and for adults who are stepping into the society. The present study investigates the effects of information search, self-disclosure, interaction, and playfulness, all of which are motivational factors for SNS use, on flow in SNS, and empirically analyzes the degree of these variables influence according to flow in SNS and individual's personal nature(extrovert, introvert). The analysis results showed that information search, self-disclosure, interaction, and playfulness were positively correlated with flow in SNS, and flow in SNS was positively correlated with social skills. The degree of influence varied depending on the individual's personal nature(extrovert, introvert). These findings may provide important insights for researchers studying SNS, SNS managers, and company officials using SNS.

Business environment is shifting from industrial economy to knowledge based economy. Enterprises go through numerous trials for successful management in changing environment. Along with trial tests, research area has been growing simultaneously. Unlike initial research which focused on basic concepts such as: form of business model and success points. Current research emphasizes on actualization of business that enterprises plan, which brought academic research with perplex form of knowledge structure. On the other hand, there is limitation in understanding business model systematically due to preceding research primarily centered on analyzing definition and case study. In order to analyze knowledge structure, this study utilized social network analysis based on “relationship”. For the analysis, 13,412 keywords were extracted from 36years worth of article or research related to business model stored in SCOPUS database. From the analysis, it was shown core research subject was INNOVATION and the number of co-authors has increased due to the academic diversity. Business model research is divided into five sub-categories (E-commerce, SMEs, sustainability, open-source, and e-book). Through cognitive map analysis on each of research characteristics of sub-category, it has shown that E-commerce, SMEs, sustainability, and open-source are core categories.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of message framing of social media contents on social media credibility and behavioral intention and the role of customers' gourmet restaurant involvement. In this study message framing is divided into regulatory focus and message sidedness and used experimental stimulus composed of 2x2 factorial design. Also investigated the effect into the social media credibility and behavioral intention. A total of 560 valid samples were analyzed. According to the results, it was confirmed that stimuli 'two-sided / prevention' and 'one-side / promotion' framing were the most influential framing on social media credibility and behavioral intention and the social media credibility has significant effect on the behavioral intention. In this study the effect of message framing which was not widely used in the hospitality industry research was confirmed. Also the usefulness of regulatory focus and message sidedness were identified in the various research in hospitality management.

This study mainly focused on measuring the impact of comments for a particular song on the number of streamings and downloads. We modeled multiple regression equations to perform this analysis. We chose digital music market for the object of analysis because of its inherent characteristics, such as experience goods, high bandwagon effect, and so on. We carefully utilized text mining technique in accordance with the algorithm of Naïve Bayes classifier to distinguish whether a comment for a piece of music be regarded as positive or negative. In addition, we used 'size of agency' and 'existence of hit song' as moderating variables. The reason for usage of those variables is that those are assumed to affect users' decision for selecting particular song especially when downloading or streaming via music sites. We found empirical evidences that positive comments for a particular song increase the number of both downloads and streamings. However, positive comments may decrease the number of downloads when the size of agency of the artist is big. As a result, we were able to say that a positive comment for a particular song functioned as 'word-of-mouth' effect, inducing other users' behavioral response. We also found that other features of an artist such as size of the agency that the artist belongs to functioned as an external factor along with feature of the song itself.
