본 연구는 놀이치료자의 직무스트레스와 슈퍼바이지 애착 전략이 심리적 소진에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그리고 놀이치료자의 직무스트레스를 통계적으로 통제한 상태에서도 슈퍼바이지 애착전략이 심리적 소진에 대해 독립적인 영향력을 미치는지 검증하였다. 연구 대상은 놀이치료자 139명이며 수집된 자료는 중다회귀분석과 위계적 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 놀이치료자의 직무스트레스 하위요인 중 직무관련요인과 슈퍼바이지 애착 전략 하위요인 중 거절이 심리적 소진에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 슈퍼바이지 애착전략 거절은 직무스트레스를 통제하고도 심리적 소진에 독립적인 영향력을 가졌다. 본 연구는 놀이치료자의 심리적 소진의 예방과 대처를 위한 직무환경의 개선 노력과 더불어 슈퍼비전 상황에서 나타나는 슈퍼바이지의 애착 전략에 대한 기초연구를 제시하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of job stress and supervisee attachment strategies on play therapist’s burn-out and to examine the independent influence of supervisee attachment strategies on the play therapist’s burn-out, controlling for the effects of job stress. The subjects of this study comprised 139 play therapists. The collected data were analyzed by means of multiple- and hierarchical regression analysis. The results revealed that when the play therapists had higher levels of task relating factors and higher levels of rejection attachment strategy in place, the degree of burn-out was found to be higher. Additionally, the play therapist’s rejection attachment strategy had an independent influence on burn-out, controlling for job stress. Based on these results, this study is meaningful in that it acts an exploratory research exercise on supervisee attachment strategies in the supervision contexts. In addition, it also serves as part of the general efforts aimed at improving the employment environment to prevent and cope with burn-out amongst play therapists.
