This study aims to derive the optimal condition that ensures the monolithicity of ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC), through the evaluation of bonding shear performance with respect to the time of cold joint occurrence during the placement. From the direct shear test, while the normalized bonding shear strength reduction of UHPC with the delay time of 15 minutes was the lowest at around 8%, a dramatic degradation of bonding shear performance was observed after 15 minutes. XRD analysis of the middle and surface sections was performed in order to analyze the composition of the thin film formed at the surface of UHPC, and as a result, the main ingredient appeared to be SiO2 from the XRD pattern of middle and surface sections, which is believed to be the result of the rising of SiO2-based filler, used as anadmixture in this study, toward the surface, due to its low specific gravity.

Due to the construction of high-rise and long axis etc, UHPC(Ultra High Performance Concrete) has attracted attention as a material that will replace the existing concrete. In order to improve the structural performance of each member joints, after demolding the concrete, method for surface treatment of the contact surface or by modifying the mold to create a shear key will be applied. In this study, to improve the conventional shear key manufacturing process, utilizing a 3d printer to produce a shear key plate. 3D printers have advantage it is inexpensively manufactured as compared with other production methods. Therefore, this study utilizes a 3D printer, we propose the shear key-shaped mold and plate shear key production measures.

We are developing the technology for applying the Rebar Modularization Method to the Nuclear Power Plant Structures. To achieve this, we had developed the elementary technology for applying this method to Nuclear Power Plant Structures efficiently and performed the Mock-Up Test by using the developed elementary technology. By analysing this test result, we deduced the problems and found solutions to solve them.

This study is purposed to review the confirm method of pumping efficiency using the concrete flow table test in Korea environment. This test method is registered as the "EN 12350-5, Testing fresh concrete. Flow table test" in Eurocode. When applying this test in the Korea construction environment, we reviewed that reasonably apply on the Korean construction Environment. As a result, test results analysis showed that the reality looks a big difference. Its cause is believed to be due to the shape of coarse & fine aggregate. But it will be better predict method, through the correlation analysis of construction data and the standard(Placing Concrete by pumping Methods(ACI Manual of concrete Practice 304.2R-96)).

The contemporary buildings are becoming super-taller gradually as the industry evolves. Accordingly, winter concrete also became an important element for the year-round construction since shortening of a construction duration became important. Accordingly, this research team once developed a double bubble sheet as concrete cover curing compound during winter. But since there is no proper countermeasure for the exposed reinforcement bars, it is worried that the concrete can be damaged by exposed frozen reinforcement bars at a low temperature during the initial period. Therefore, in this study, it is intended to review the temperature history of the reinforcement bars depending on changes of the covering methods of the exposed reinforcement bars by using bubble sheets.

This study is aimed to analyze temperature history at each section of mat foundation concrete applying double bubble sheets. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, the results of measuring the temperature history indicate that the lowest external temperature has been recorded at -5.6℃ for the three-day measurement period. For the central section, the result indicates that the lower, center and upper part have all secured the concrete curing temperature of 18℃ or higher. This results are believed to have resulted from excellent heat insulation performance of double bubble sheets. For the edge section between the edge form and the concrete interface, the temperature has been measured, on average, approximately 12℃ lower than the central section. However, all measured sections have indicated the temperature of 5℃ or higher. Meanwhile, an analysis has been conducted through the estimation equation of compressive strength of maturity during the curing period in order to examine the possibility of early frost damage and the aspect of securing strength. It has been confirmed that the compressive strength is higher than 50° D·D, namely, 5 MPa, on the 3rd day of the aging process, which allows early frost damage to be avoided.

The roof-top of deteriorated building is necessary to improve that performance of waterproof and heat insulation is lowered. However, the existing method is difficult to supply due to complicated process and high cost. Therefore, practical condition and demand for occupant considered, it is necessary to develop inexpensive and easy method, such as a floating floor method using thermal insulation. This study is experiments on foundational experiment was conducted on the bending strength. A polyurethane board for experiment forms a square and it has various size that 25cm, 33cm, 50cm, and 100cm. Meanwhile, the uniform load of 200kg/m² which general working load is applied to the bending strength.

Today, many kind of buildings are higher than those of previous generations, and Curtain Wall is adapted broadly as an outer wall material. But weather and environmental condition could cause problems in curtain wall construction in most construction projects. High wind speed and unplanned lifting equipment`s allocation could cause construction delay and cost increase. To solve these problems, we suggest using a curtain wall mullion as a rail to lift curtain wall which is less affected wind speed. And we would like to show a preliminary data of its economic advantage evaluation.

Domestic construction industry has experienced many difficulties as it has been on a downward. It`s a way that active modular structure market to solve this problem. However, as Modular structure technical standard in Korea is in the early stages, our modular factory maufactured rate is almost 40% lower than overseas. Besides, there is less design diversity so it just applies for a few buildings like low-rise building and general group barrackes. To deal with these problems, it is essential to modulating the equipment which can improve the production rate. This will help to ensure the quality, shortening of the construction period, the reduction of labor costs. We have defined the name of segmented by each installation location of the equipment to modulating equipment. And it was examined the suitability of the modulating of the location-specific utility system. The results of the analysis are discussed on the page.

Concrete has been recognized as a material which is resistant to high temperatures, but chemicophysical property of concrete is changed by the high temperature. So, mechanical properties of concrete may be reduced. So, concrete at high temperature is evaluated mechanical properties for safety inspection. However, research of ultrasonic method is not much. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to NDT(non-destructive test) of 30, 70, 110MPa concrete exposed high temperature using ultrasonic pulse velocity and amplitude.
