본 논문은 사무엘서를 중심으로 다윗 왕조와 여성 지혜자들의 관계를 연구하였다. 다윗 왕과 관련된 여성 지혜자는 아비가일, 다말, 드고아의 지혜로운 여성, 아벨의 지혜로운 여성이다. 아바가일은 다윗이 개인적인 복수를 위해 나발을 죽이려고 한 것을 막음으로 다윗이 하나님 앞에서 범죄하는 것을 막았다. 그리고 다말은 지혜로운 말로 암논의 강간을 막으려고 하였으나 실패하고 다윗에게 정의를 요청했으나 묵살 당하였다. 이것은 다윗과 그의 가문에 지혜가 없음을 보여준다. 그리고 드고아의 지혜로운 여성의 경우는 다말의 경우와 반대로 다윗이 드고아의 여성의 말을 따름으로 그에게 선과 악을 분별하는 지혜가 없다는 것을 드러내었다. 또한 아벨의 지혜로운 여성은 요압이 아벨성을 무너뜨리려는 것을 지혜로운 말로 막아내어 하나님의 기업이 파괴되는 것을 막고 세바의 반란을 효과적으로 진압하였다. 이렇게 여성 지혜자들은 다윗 왕조에서 지혜가 이스라엘을 다스리는 중심 원리라는 것을 보여주고 지혜가 제대로 작동될 때 왕조가 안정이 되며 지혜가 제대로 작동하지 않을 때 왕조가 어려움에 빠지게 된다는 사실을 잘 보여준다. 또한 여성 지혜자들이 이스라엘의 지도자로서 이스라엘의 성읍들에 지혜를 가르치고 문제를 해결하는 역할을 하였다는 것을 드러내었다. 결론적으로 하나님의 나라인 이스라엘에서 왕조를 유지하는 가장 중요한 요소는 지혜이며 사무엘서의 여성 지혜는 하나님의 법으로 이스라엘을 평화롭고 올바르게 다스리기 위한 필수 요소라는 것을 드러내었다.
In this research I study the relationship between the Davidic dynasty and the wise women in the book of Samuel. Those wise women who were associated with King David are Abigail, Tamar, the wise woman of Tekoa and the wise woman of Abel. Abigail prevented David from committing a crime that he tended to kill Nabal for his personal revenge. And Tamar was trying to stop the rape of Amnon by wise words though she failed. After having been raped, she demanded the justice to David, but she was ignored. It shows that David and his family had no wisdom. In contrast to the case of Tamar, the wise woman of Tekoa revealed that David had no wisdom to discern good and evil because he followed to the words of woman of Tekoa. And, with wise words the wise woman of Abel prevented that Joab attacked city to destroy and effectively quelled a revolt of Sheba. Thus, in the kingdom of David, those wise women showed that the wisdom was the main principle over the Israel and that dynasty of David was stable when the wisdom is correctly working. In addition, wise women played a role of leaders of Israel by teaching the wisdom to Israel and solving many problems. In conclusion, the book of Samuel reveals that the wisdom is the most important factor to maintain the kingdom of God and the essential factor to reign over Israel with God’s law.
